At Pumaas Kart, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent returns and refund process.
📦 Return Policy
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
- You change your mind (for select items only*)
Return Window:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Certain personal care or hygiene products may not be returnable (clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page)
💰 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallets, etc.)
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Opened or used personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or made-to-order items
📝 How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders > Select item > Click on Request Return
- Choose the reason and upload a photo (if damaged)
- Our team will review and arrange pickup if eligible
